* Contact insurance companies to facilitate genetic test coverage and assist in the writing of letters of medical necessity. Submit and track authorizations/benefits for genetic testing and communicate outcomes with ordering providers.* Complete patient information on lab requisition forms for genetic testing**.** Compile clinical information for laboratory testing and compile/disseminate specimen collection kits**.** Coordinate and provide instructions for patient testing and reconcile misinformation. Contact ordering providers with general inquiries and status of patient results.* Assist the team with triaging incoming requests from patients and providers as well as managing/monitoring testing workflows.
