JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role will be responsible for business systems analysis and implementations for Gen II's proprietary performance & attribution and data platforms, Sensr Analytics and DataBridge. You will be working closely with both the product and client teams to successfully document requirements, test systems, create solutions, and deliver platform(s) within specified timelines.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Work closely with the product team and business SME's to understand and document feature requirements
    • Document current & future state (e.g. functionality, data flow, reports, UX, etc.)
    • Solicit and document requirements from business SME's
    • Liaise with technologists to further understand and document processes
    • Define Success (aka Acceptance) Criteria to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
  • Build and execute comprehensive software test plans
  • User guide documentation
  • Support technology solutions
  • Assist in technical implementations
Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Required:
    • Bachelor's degree. Finance (Accounting, Finance, Economics) and/or STEM degree is a plus.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
    • 2+ years of technical business analysis experience
    • 1+ years of financial services experience
    • Experience with data integration and mapping (e.g. ETL, ELT, etc.)
    • Experience with reporting logic
  • Desired:
    • Leveraging AI for any part of the SDLC
    • Familiarity with development languages (e.g. VBA, SQL, Python, Java, C++, etc.)
    • Valuations, Performance, Analytics, or Business Intelligence experience
    • Private Equity experience
    • Agile SDLC and/or Project Management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in prioritization, processes and procedures
  • Superior problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills
  • Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $135,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
