The typical workday is very busy, with regular weekend and evening events. Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to ensure all details are coordinated. Manage event logistics, including room setup, seating plans, audio/visual equipment, catering, and timing. Work with the Meeting and Events Manager to prepare budgets and monitor expenses. Coordinate on-site event execution and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue policies.
