About the Role This is a fully onsite position based in Miami, FL, focused on leading day-to-day airfreight operations while remaining hands‑on across the full shipment lifecycle. You will be responsible for managing airfreight shipments end-to‑end (A–Z), ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and high service levels. This role is ideal for a senior operator looking to take on more responsibility within a structured and growth‑focused environment.
