Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Engineer with QA expertise to spearhead our Salesforce implementation, customization, and quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in QA processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation, customization, and development efforts.
• Define, implement, and oversee QA strategies and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are embedded in Salesforce projects, leveraging automated and manual testing.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices in Salesforce development.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Salesforce development and QA methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, and quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and SOQL.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce testing strategies, including automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG, or similar tools).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes, deployment pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git, Copado, or Gearset).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Expertise in Salesforce QA methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
