Position Overview

The Mail Clerk plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing the flow of incoming and outgoing mail and packages across the organization. This position supports clinical, administrative, and operational teams by maintaining timely, accurate, and secure handling of all correspondence. This is a fully onsite role, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence to appropriate departments and staff.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified, priority, and courier shipments.
• Maintain accurate logs for incoming packages, accountable mail, and sensitive documents.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, labelers, and sorting machines.
• Coordinate scheduled pickups and deliveries with USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards when handling protected or confidential information.
• Monitor mailroom supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Support administrative teams with document scanning, filing, and basic clerical tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom environment
