Job Description

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Pay Range: $18 an hour

What's the Job?

• Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and painting
• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality
• Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
• Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal to maintain grounds

What's Needed?

• Basic working knowledge of building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow-up, and follow through
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures, including compliance with Fair Housing Laws
