Detroit Design House, LLC is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Ferndale, MI. We specialize in content creation, social media marketing, branding, graphic design, photography videography, website development, for local businesses, particularly in the local hospitality and cannabis industries. Our office environment is creative, casual, and collaborative, and we’re passionate about delivering

high-impact content and strategy that actually drives results.

We’re looking for an additional Social Media & Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, someone who can own client relationships, think strategically, and keep projects moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day social media accounts for multiple clients (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content in collaboration with our in-house creative team
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading communication and strategy
  • Oversee content calendars and ensure campaigns align with brand goals
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain community presence
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers on content execution
  • Attend on-site shoots with out photo/video team, at local clients businesses
  • Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of social media or account management experience (with examples links)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook best practices
  • Strong Knowledge and interest in social media trends.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
  • Confident communicator, both with clients and internal teams
  • Strong eye for content, branding, and overall social presence
  • Bonus: Experience in marketing hospitality, restaurants, cannabis or nightlife brands

Tools You’ll Use

Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, AI Tools, Monday (or similar).

Pay

The annual salary for this hybrid job will depend on your interview, work examples and experience.

The range is $52,000 -$55,000k + Benefits
