What You'll Do

• Prospect and connect with healthcare professionals across the U.S.
• Build meaningful relationships through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social)
• Qualify leads and set up sales conversations for account executives
• Hit and exceed targets with a team that loves celebrating wins
• Soak up sales training, mentorship, and real-life experience every day

• What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, confident personality - not afraid to pick up the phone
• Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, service industry) is a big plus
• Recent grads and career-switchers welcome!
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Grit, resilience, and a great attitude - we care more about mindset than your resume

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $45K-$55K
• Uncapped commission (OTE: $125K-$175K+)
