The Medical Scribe is also responsible for assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes and preparing after-visit summaries • In addition to documentation responsibilities, the role supports clinical documentation improvement by reviewing medical records, identifying gaps, and assisting providers in maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. Administrative support tasks include placing orders, coordinating referrals, and assisting with care team workflows • This position offers hands-on exposure to clinical operations, value-based care, and population health, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing careers in healthcare.
