Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting the vision for the team and translating strategic priorities into operational reality Lead implementation of new functionality, products, or regulations in Moody's AXIS Oversee production processes for multiple applications and assist internal customers with modeling needs Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field At least 8 years of relevant actuarial experience, with a minimum of 5 years at FSA level At least 3 years of experience managing a team Expertise in Moody's AXIS actuarial software and knowledge of Variable or Indexed Annuities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Python
