**This position is located in West Hills, CA** *Job Description* The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls through multiple phone queues, addressing a variety of inquiries from members and health plans. This role requires maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism while meeting established quality and productivity standards, averaging *50 or more calls per day* with corresponding documentation.
The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare experience in a *fastpaced production environment* and demonstrate strong customer service and documentation skills. This position is well suited for individuals who are detailoriented, organized, and comfortable managing high call volumes.
