1.10+ years of Oracle HCM development experience (flexible on number of years) will show people 5+ years

2.CoreHR module experience

3.Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC

4.HDL loaders or HSDL loaders

Some more info:
• HCM Extracts: Extensively used the tool to develop outbound integrations and extensively uses Fast Formulas, value sets, UDT's, Lookups, Payroll Flow to define input parameters. Have a good knowledge on User Entities and contexts Set in UE's.
• OIC- Used to build inbound integrations. Made use of Fast formulas to convert to HDL format to load to HCM. Used Oracle PL/SQL packages to load data into FAW.
• Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)/Oracle Fusion data Intelligence (FDI) with Packaged Analytics applications for Oracle ERP, HCM, CX and SCM SaaS Applications.
• Implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules along with FAW/FDI, OAC, OIC, OBIEE (10g/11g/12C), BI Publisher (10g/11g), OBIA, OTBI, Oracle BI Cloud Services (BICS).
