We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative – Healthcare to lead new business acquisition and expand our footprint across high-growth markets. This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to help shape the future of healthcare delivery while building meaningful, long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do New Client AcquisitionIdentify, target, and close new business opportunities for our suite of healthcare and IT-enabled services.
Develop territory strategies to generate consistent new revenue growth.
Prospect through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry events.
Establish and nurture referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, brokers, consultants, and IT influencers.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with employer decision-makers and provider organizations.
Position EPIC’s solutions as strategic, value-driven investments—not transactional services.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to penetrate new markets and high-growth industry verticals.
Identify emerging opportunities within employer health benefits, provider services, and healthcare technology sectors.
Continuously assess competitive positioning and market trends.
Deliver compelling, tailored presentations to employers, brokers, healthcare administrators, and executive stakeholders.
Conduct needs assessments to uncover operational gaps and align EPIC solutions accordingly.
Guide prospects through a structured sales process from discovery to proposal to close.
Maintain a robust, active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Track lead activity, opportunity stages, and revenue forecasts.
Ensure consistent follow-up and high conversion rates through disciplined pipeline management.
Partner closely with clinical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless onboarding.
Support coordinated campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Provide market feedback to leadership to refine product positioning and growth strategy.
Proven B2B sales success (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
Strong ability to build networks and strategic partnerships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a consultative, relationship-driven selling style.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive measurable growth.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity and reporting.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and scale new business lines.
