Part-Time/PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Are you a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse looking for flexible, rewarding work close to home? We’re seeking an experienced RN to join our Dependable Nursing team in the north eastside of the valley
(Scotts, N Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Fountain Hills is a plus on a part-time or PRN basis.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and communicate changes to the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on care needs and health management
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications:
Current Arizona RN license (in good standing)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and organizational skills
