PHYSICAL THERAPIST INCENTIVES

• Competitive pay range starting at $104,000 for a new grad PT
  • Get a raise each year - Top End north of $170k/year
• Sign-on / Relocation - $15,000
• Continued Education (CEU) - $550
• Retirement Match - 5% contribution
• Paid Time Off (PTO) - 20 days

PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Servant leader mindset
• Coachable and eager to grow professionally
• Collaborative, team player
• Visa Sponsorship is not available
