Overview We are a waste water treatment plant construction team based out of UT, TX and AZ. We are looking for multiple Project Managers. UT has little to no travel. TX will require travel (per diem and housing provided) unless you live close to El Paso or Las Cruces (this is easy travel). Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Why join us? Ideal Candidate Direct experience managing wastewater or water treatment plant construction, especially involving PFAS or similar contaminants. Familiarity with design-build delivery, permitting, and coordination with environmental agencies. Understanding of startup and commissioning of treatment systems, including pump stations, clarifiers, and advanced filtration technologies. Experience (plus) Budget development Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections. Managing job site supervisory personnel. Planning and scheduling the project. Developing and maintaining owner relations. Negotiating and purchasing materials. Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations. Managing overall project costs. Overseeing labor projections. Contract negotiation and administration. Self-Perform Experience (Plus) Process Mechanical/Process Piping Concrete structures Roadways, wet/dry utilities, drainage, structures, site work Location note *El Paso role will be 18 months and then you can choose which office you would like to sit out of - TX, UT, AZ - relocation assistance.
