We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager – REMOTE. The role is vital in managing teams within revenue cycle operations, focusing on maximizing financial performance and customer service. The candidate will be responsible for encouraging staff to reach their potential while overseeing operational efficiencies. Accountabilities Manage teams within revenue cycle operations to meet organizational goals. Guide and direct teams for optimal performance and productivity. Ensure effective execution of duties promoting maximized reimbursement. Identify and implement solutions for operational issues impacting teams. Coordinate efforts with other departments to resolve issues effectively. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Redesign processes to enhance service, data integrity, and productivity. Monitor and report trends for issue resolutions to leadership. Prepare service level metrics and performance summaries for review. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs. Establish and monitor performance standards for staff. Conduct performance appraisals and develop improvement plans. Requirements Current U.S. work authorization required. Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration. Minimum of five years experience in revenue cycle functions. Experience with Account Billing, Charge Integrity, or Insurance Verification. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Effective critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills in supervising direct reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Benefits Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000.
