As a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Performance Management, you will be part of the Human Resources Technology Support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Performance Management Location: DC or VA preferred but open to remote Pay Range: $95/hr depending on years of experience What's the Job? Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand and enhance mid-cycle promotion and performance management workflows Gather, document, and prioritize complex business requirements for workflow improvements and process enhancements Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and guide Workday configuration and customization decisions Lead requirements review sessions, design walkthroughs, and support testing activities including UAT Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and provide guidance on best practices for performance management processes What's Needed? 5+ years of experience as a Workday Performance Management and Core HCM analyst Deep expertise in performance review processes, promotion workflows, and mid-cycle advancement procedures Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills Proven ability to write clear, detailed functional requirements and design documents Experience guiding configuration decisions and supporting Workday Extend customization activities What's in it for me?
