About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Snow Removal Technicians to join our winter operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining property safety and accessibility during snow events by performing snow and ice management tasks, including plowing, shoveling, de-icing, and applying ice melt.

 

Shifts often begin before dawn and may require early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on weather conditions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal equipment, including trucks with plows, skid steers with snow attachments, Snowrators, and other assigned machinery.
• Perform manual snow management tasks, including shoveling, applying ice melt, and clearing walkways.
• Maintain safe working practices during operations in winter conditions.
• Communicate with team leads and follow designated snow removal routes.
• Assist with routine equipment checks and reporting of maintenance needs.

 

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible hours during snow events (early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Physical ability to lift, shovel, and carry heavy loads for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in harsh winter weather (snow, ice, and cold temperatures).
• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused.

 

Preferred but not required:

• Prior experience with snow removal.
• Equipment operation experience (trucks with plow blades, skid steers, Snow Rhinos, Snowrators, or similar).

 

Compensation:

This seasonal position offers a pay range of $25.00 – $32.00 per hour DOE. The final rate is based on snow maintenance experience and equipment proficiency.

 

Work Authorization / Security Clearance:

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
