Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to patients. You will collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The RN will care for patients throughout their health journey, participating in preventative care, maintenance, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, providing education, triage, and performing various nursing interventions, all in line with the Nurse Practice Act and established professional standards.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred. A current unencumbered RN license with the appropriate state Board of Nursing, as well as necessary competencies and certifications, are essential.
