Our client is seeking 4-Youth Success Leaders to join their team. As a Youth Success Leader, you will be part of the Office of Neighborhood Safety & Engagement (ONSE) supporting the Path Forward Program. The ideal candidate will have strong mentorship skills, a passion for youth development, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Youth Success Leader
Location: Savannah, GA
Pay Range: $18/hour
What's the Job?
Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Path Forward violence prevention program
Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to high-risk youth
Work with community partners to connect youth with supportive services and resources
Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes and participant achievements
Organize and assist with community events, workshops, and forums on violence prevention
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
One year of experience working with at-risk or high-risk youth in a paid or volunteer capacity
Experience in youth mentoring, supervision, or program coordination
Knowledge of criminal justice, gun violence reduction, or youth development (preferred)
Valid driver's license; First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
