Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Security & Transportation position.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's security and transportation operations. Provides departmental leadership to ensure the safety of residents, team members, property, and assets, while managing secure and efficient transportation services. Develops strategic plans, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with leadership to align security and transportation goals with organizational priorities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years' progressive experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, or transportation
  • Minimum of one year passenger or commercial driving experience
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B or higher) with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months of employment)
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Guard Certification, if employed in the state of Maryland (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
  • CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)

Pay Range
$67,898.00 - $83,499.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
