Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Part-Time Mail Processing Clerks to join our team in Elgin, IL. In this role, you will support with handling high-priority documents in a secure, fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position perfect for those looking for steady evening or overnight work with a focus on hands-on, task-driven productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate industrial scanning equipment to digitize physical records.
- Review digital images on-screen for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Correct scanning errors and perform rescans as necessary.
- Remove staples and clips to prepare paper for high-speed scanning.
- Input basic alpha-numeric data to index and track processed batches.
- Transport mail trays and heavy bins weighing up to 50 lbs across the production floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet strict daily production deadlines.
- Follow all corporate security and confidentiality protocols for handling sensitive data.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 7 years of U.S. residency (required for banking security clearance).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and credit check.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast, steady pace.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of excellent attendance.
